Our Commitment to Peace
Read our commitment to peace. We won't stop until war and violence stops.
War means different things to different people, but for millions around the world and in the UAE it means just one thing - the need for peace.
The founding members of ‘In Support of Peace One Day" made a short film supporting the 21st September as an annual day for global ceasefire and non-violence.
We will continue to work to raise awareness of Peace One Day and promote global peace, ceasefire, non-violence and unity.
We will also support Peace One Day's next major objective to introduce 3 billion people to Peace Day by 2012.
To do this, we need the help of all people regardless of age, race, nationality, religion or gender; people who are willing to stand up for peace.
We won't stop until war and violence stops.
